It was good value for money option. Good breakfast included in the price too

The staff/ owners .. Successfully managed to rip me off for 1 night's stay. I would really like to say The Malaga Inn had a stranded persons interest at heart, but in Truth? .. if it wasn't for ebookers EXCEPTIONAL services .. I would be in a world of Hell (still am but only 3 nights to survive and I'll be flying home) The "lady" I was talking to (at same time as re booking 2 more nights via you) was trying to tell me the only "Available Rooms" were the most expensive She almost fainted & definitely changed colour as I watched her receive & read the invoice & booking number for an extra 2 nights .. as she was lying to my face! I understand if it is probably not in your remit to contact them in a "complaints procedure" way They NEED to be either excluded from your suggestions or reminded that if it wasn't for your recommendations, they would be dead in the water (so to speak) Thank you Hanina Kooraram

Simple but clean. Thin walls though...

Staff tried to be helpful. 24/7 desk is a good idea. Parking was not available just because other guests parking way was unacceptable ( they didn't leave enough space). The room was very simple but clean, our bed was very uncomfortable, street nearby very noisy.

did not know that the bathroom will be at the very end of the corridor.....

We booked this accommodation through Expedia which did not make clear this is a hostel 1 star, shared facilities with a long list of rules & regulations displayed in Spanish. The free WIFI was intermittent at best with weak security. The very basic ‘kitchen is a basement room with no natural light which doubles as a breakfast room & you are expected to wash & dry your own dishes after breakfast - this is definitely not worth getting up for! This turned out to be a thoroughly unpleasant experience, in our case a very embarrassing & upsetting one as staff tried to charge us an extra 10 Euros per person for our daughters who were not staying (as flying home) to set foot in the place. I would not recommend under any circumstances ☹️ in fact I would steer clear at all costs.

Hej! Jag blev förvånad när jag såg skylten utanför att det var Hostal Malaga Inn . Jag fick inte informationen om att det var ett Hostal . Ni får komma deras sida på hotels.com och det stod endast ”Malaga Inn”. Det är ju dyrt att vara Hostal . Nästan 1000 svenskt kr! Och rummet är helt annat än bilder.. även på receptionen är helt annorlunda inredning . När jag checkade in vid 12 tiden men jag fick vänta med incheckning . Så jag kom tillbaka efter stranden vid 18 tiden och checkade mig in fick jag se helt avskalat rum.(annorlunda än vad bilden visade) och upptäckte handdukar och badhanddukar saknade så gick ner till receptionen. Hon sa tyvärr får jag vänta några timmar eftersom de är på tvätten i ett annat ställe. Jag ville duscha efter stranden och skulle gå ut om en timme.. jag blev irriterad. Allt blev fel. Jag som är guldmedlem hjälps inte sa hon. Sedan fungerade fungerade fläkten inte pga trasiga knappar så jag gick ner igen påminde om det. Så hon gick upp och hämtade en fläkt och ställde den på golvet. Fruktansvärt! Jag försökte bifoga bilder men det fungerade här. Kanske skicka mail?

Interesting place. We were not aware they catered to hunchbacked little people. The bed was concave and so short our legs hanged outside. The breakfast consisted of stale toast, crumbled cereals an cheap instant coffee. Highly recommended if your into excruciating back pain and aching knee caps.

Easy and simple no frills. Clean and not too noisy.
