24 Stunden Kaffee und Wasser Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Wir durften den Parkplatz noch weitere 2 Stunden nach dem Auschecken nutzen.

Nice welcome from a young man who just started his job. He did well:) Very good AC, ok breakfast (not impressive selection), varying service, except for the first young man, several were uninterested in the guests. One seemed rather annoyed that I had a question since she was busy on her phone. The beds, which they boast about on the hotel web page, was absoutely horrible. I slept for 3 hours the first night. Later I removed the lumpy over-cover and put the sheets straight on the bed. Better. Woke up at 5 since the curtains were really light and bright. Told the receptionist about them and she said "meh". I have never complained about a hotel bed or curtains before, it should be their most important features. The tv stopped working for a while, there was no minibar/fridge or te/coffee/boiler amenities in the room. Next time in Århus, I choose a different hotel for sure.
