A lovely welcome from Stephane who gave us a tour of the chateau on arrival. Stephane cooked us a delicious meal on our first night (best meal of the holiday) Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was superb. Plenty of space around the chateau to walk our dog. Very dog friendly. A great swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay and Stephane made lots of great suggestions.

The Host couldn't do more Relaxed vibe Food was excellent, but you need to know dinner is a joint affair for all of the guests on one large table. We enjoyed that experience but its not for everyone.

We booked partly because pets were welcome but because of the owners cat we were not allowed to let the dog off his lead in the substantial grounds.

superbe accueil, bel emplacement au calme. L’hôte est de bons conseils dans cette région qui n’est pas la plus connu du Périgord. Très beau petit déjeuner.

Seul petit bémol : on a pris un dîner qui était très bon avec de bons produits mais on a trouvé le rapport qualité prix un peu bas (54€ le repas pour un dîner que l’on aurait sans doute payé 15 à 20€ de moins dans un resto du coin).

We werden hartelijk en persoonlijk ontvangen door de gastheer in dit mooie chateau met een interessant verhaal en een leuk uitzicht. Tijdens onze doorreis hebben we hier overnacht en genoten van een heerlijk diner, bereid door de eigenaar zelf. Al met al een geslaagde en bijzondere ervaring.
