Room ok. Restaurant service slow in evening and cutlery, crockery missing at breakfast

Very clean and convenient, close to Selby. Large rooms.

Really friendly staff clean room only complaint I have is there were no toiletries provided in the bathroom and the wifi kept buffering but all in all I would stay there again.

Not happy with the bed, it bed is very old & as it just had a sheet over the, with nothing else you can feel every spring , lump & bump from the mattress. The bed needs to have a mattress protector. No backing on the remote, batteries fell out.

Always use this hotel when I’m in the area never had a problem one thing this stay no remote for tv

Cheap and cheerful for x1 night stay for couple. Good location for York facilities

Room smelt of stale cigarettes. Bathroom needed some TLC , creaky floor, cracked sink and ripped lino.

Our stay on Saturday 29/9/18 was not great at all. The hotel looks tired with the doors all scuffed and worn the lighting in the room was also not great. We stayed with 3 other couples so we all met up for breakfast. All of our full English breakfasts were served cold and the food looked uncooked. There were no glasses for the juice and I had cereal with a soup spoon. When we sent the food back they offered to refund,so we accepted this. We checked out and then was told we would have to wait so they could get the manager's log in to action the refund. The lady came back with a piece of paper,no sign of a manager!! Overall very disappointed!

Hotel was ok, basic amenities but all inclusive. Tea, coffee in room. Supply hair dryer and ironing board if wanted.
