Très bon accueil ! L'hôtesse d'accueil était disponible et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est très correct avec un grand choix de cafés et thés. Très grand lit confortable.

La paroi en plaques plastique séparant la salle d'eau et la chambre. Cela peut être une gène lorsque la salle d'eau est utilisée la nuit car la chambre se retrouve éclairée.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, pas loin de la gare et du centre ville historique. La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse.

Le wifi ne marche pas.

A pochi passi dal mercato centrale e il mercato de lices. Dispone di parcheggio interno a pagamento da prenotare. Pulito.

Lo staff è molto scostante e non parla inglese. Il phon al muro della stanza non produce aria calda per cui è stato necessario richiedere un Phon differente. La stanza in cui è ubicato il wc è estremamente piccola.

Great location, walking distance to the city center, but also easy to drive around if you come by car, and close to the metro and bus stop. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty, with freshly squeezed orange juice, multiple kinds of cheese, yoghurt, cereals, and pastries. Underground parking is very convenient, even if a bit tight. However, with careful manoeuvres, we were able to park the SUV that the rental agency gave us when the small city car we booked turned out to be unavailable.

A small kettle to make tea or coffee in the room would be a nice addition. However, you can order coffee and tea at the bar located by the reception, and a minibar is also available in the room.
