Le jardin et les équipements (piscine, restaurants) sont magnifiques. Les prestations sont de très haut niveau dans une ambiance paisible. Les employés ont le sourire en permanence, on sent qu’ils aiment prendre soin des clients et du site.

One of the most beautiful resorts we have ever been, and we've traveled a lot. The architecture and vibe of the place are stunning. Truly amazing. White Lotus vibes ;) When I come back to Marocco I would certainly stay here again The Paddel court is a super cool addition to the resort! The Gym (which was under construction during our stay) will also be a welcome inclusion. We'd stay longer next time :) (our current stay was 3 nights)

These are details, as our stay was terrific: - The restaurant could use a few more vegetarian (or, ideally, vegan options). Especially the rotating menu was meat / fish focussed - the shuttle to Essaouira could probably benefit from fixed times. It's currently on demand, but not instant, which makes it a bit inefficient. As a tourist it's difficult to plan your day so this didn't really work well. Also, at fixed times, it could be free of charge. I think that would make for a better experience - The cocktails could be better. I realize alcohol is not part of Marrocan culture, but as you're spending quite some time on the resort itself, having better cocktails would be an improvement (they were all quite watery) - Offer free bottles of water on the room, as you can't drink tap

Just wow! Wonderful location. The best one we’ve stayed in Morocco. Great food and staff. We loved the “adults only pool.”

A bit noisy. I recommend asking for a room at the top floor

L’hôtel est très esthétique, décoré avec goût et conforme aux photos. Le cadre est agréable et le personnel accueillant. En revanche, il faut savoir que l’environnement autour ne reflète pas du tout cette image : la ville d’Essaouira est malheureusement très pauvre, ce qui crée un contraste frappant entre l’hôtel et la réalité locale. Cela peut surprendre si l’on ne s’y attend pas.

Fantastic venue, very clean. Excellent food, and great amenities. One swimming pool for the kids/families and one for the adults only. Very friendly staff, always available to help

Need to pay €12-15 for the shuttle/taxi every time you want to go to Essaouira and the sea, as the venue is 15 minutes away from the sea
