La camera era pulita, la posizione comoda e la colazione buona

Ho prenotato una camera con accesso alla spa, ma al check-in ho scoperto che il servizio non era disponibile e non mi è stato rimborsato il sovrapprezzo. Sarebbe corretto aggiornare gli annunci per non far pagare ai clienti servizi che poi non sono disponibili.

Ottima posizione, ricca colazione, staff molto gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno pure dato una camera di livello superiore senza sovrapprezzo.

Nulla da segnalare, forse l'unico piccolo problema è la mancanza di un parcheggio.
