"We stayed when Ballina was brand new. It’s in need of some maintenance and better cleaning now."

Plenty of room in the unit.

Broken toilet roll holder, door hinges on bathroom vanity broken, no plug for bathroom sink or spa bath, dirty access stairwell, hot plate not cleaned, no sharp knife available, one pot for cooking - no frypan, ripped net curtain on sliding door, dent on the back of bedroom door. Seriously disappointed.
