Wir waren von Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sehr angetan. Auch gab es eine gut ausgestattete Minibar zu fairen Preisen. Parken ist völlig problemlos.

Das Personal war inhaltlich perfekt. Aber man hatte nicht das Gefühl von Empathie. Etwas weniger perfekt dafür persönlicher hätte und mehr entsprochen. Die Flure sind sehr lang.

Da ich in Heidelberg kein passendes Hotel gefunden habe, suchte ich im Umkreis. Das Hotel Engelhorn in Leimen hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen: sehr sauber, freundliches und herzliches Personal, ein fabelhaftes Frühstück, ruhige Lage, eine gut ausgestattete Minibar, ausreichend Kleiderbügel, ausreichend Ablagefläche im Bad. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel. Die Damen in der Küche bereiten ein wunderbares Rührei, leckeren Obstsalat sowie Rüblikuchen. Man schmeckt, dass Sie es mit ganz viel Liebe zubereiten, DANKE an das gesamte Küchenteam :) In ca. 5 Gehminuten erreicht man einen gut sortierten EDEKA. Direkt am Hotel ist ein italienisches Restaurant.
