Beautiful hotel........a little remote....you need a car.

Der Zimmerservice war ganz,ganz schlecht die Badezimmer wurden vernachlässigt,kein neues Duschbad ,immer die Handtücher vergessen und schlecht gereinigt!!! Keiner sprach Deutsch ,in so einem Hotel was auf Ausländer setzt gehört so doch hin ! Das Hotel obliegt sehr weit außerhalb und ohne Auto ist es schwer.

The hotel was great, it was in a quiet area but they had activities in the hotel. The beach was not close but they provided a shuttle. It's definitely a very good hotel. The bathroom was enormous and the room as well. Food was great! One minor thing when they have events sometimes they are fully booked for all the restaurants and you have to go for buffet dinner.

Great hotel! Great location! Small prints on bar menu was a put off. There is an extra service charge on menu after 11pm. You are not told, and it is not at all obvious! Receptionists are new, not well trained.

Bel hotel a proximité de la côte, un peu loin du jardin botanique et du château. Un hotel a recommander, belles chambres, beau petit déjeuner...

A nice hotel with very comfortable room. Nice pool area. Good food, although some breakfast items were cold (including coffee). Otherwise great buffet for breakfast. Housekeeping poor- took two days to remove half full glasses from welcome drink, never replaced soaps. Ocean beach was a big disappointment. First it is far away (6 kilometers), and public. But both issues would have been ok. It was the service that disappointed. First, only three shuttles a day- in August! Then you have to get towels at the spa before going. Once there, it was very unclear where to go for a promised beach chair and umbrella. Finally found the hotel area (not well marked!). Showed them our hotel key pass but was told we needed a special voucher. This was not mentioned at the front desk when we asked about going to the beach. They would not give us a chair unless we walked all the way back to the beach entrance to ask for the manager. Which we did. Then we were given a chair in front of loud speakers blasting 80's disco music. We asked if we could move to the many chairs away from the speaker which were all empty. No, these were reserved. We stayed for three hours and no one ever sat on those chairs. The hotel should not say they have a beach unless they fix this extremely poor level of service. Ridiculous.

Hotel in tollem Zustand, schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal und ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. 2 Golfplätze mehr oder weniger direkt beim Resort, für "jedermann" gut spielbar, Thracian Cliffs etwa 6 Kilometer entfernt. Dieser optisch sensationell, aber sehr schwer zu bewältigen. Hotel beeindruckt zudem mit sehr schönem und großem Spa-Bereich sowie einer großen Poollandschaft zur Erholung. Nicht so schön ist der Strandabschnitt an dieser Stelle, zu dem man auch erst 6 Kilometer fahren muss. Shuttle vorhanden, fährt aber eher selten.

Hotel selbst sehr schön, sehr ruhig gelegen, schöner Golfplatz. Zum Strand cca. 6 km, mit Shuttlebus oder PKW kein Problem. Ruhiger Strand - keine betrunkenen Deutschen, Russen oder Polen. Sehr erholsam. Essen gut. Einziges Manko - extrem unfreundliches Personal.
