Hotel Cortijo del Marqués

Die Lage dieses Hotels ist inmitten von Olivenhainen wirklich SEHR EXKLUSIV und ABSOLUT RUHIG. Trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten auf der Autobahn. Das persönliche Engagement der Besitzerfamilie für diesen Flecken Erde ist SEHR STARK spürbar. Vor der Abreise haben wir am Morgen noch einen Spaziergang durch die Olivenhaine gemacht. Dieser ca. 3 km lange Weg ist UNBEDINGT zu empfehlen - HERRLICH! Wir haben auch gute Tipps für GRANADA erhalten.

The service is discreet and personal, the room was quirky and enchanting. It is a romantic hideaway with fantastic food and service in a breath-taking setting. Definitely for the discerning traveller looking for something different.

It was breathtakingly beautiful!! When we approached the hotel along the road we stopped the car to admire the view. I would definitely stay at the hotel again but you would need a car to get there I think as it is off the beaten track for most holiday makers. The owners and staff were extremely welcoming with directions about how to find it and the best way to get to Granada. When i woke in the morning i watched the sun rise over the mountains and it was so peaceful. The plants and orange trees all add to the wow factor. The breakfast was ample and the public area to sit was very comfortable around the fire. I can't really recommend this place enough, but i hope to stay there again one day! As you can get married there, i think if i ever meet Mr Right, it'd be on my list of locations!

Very personal owners made sure we had everything we needed - including breakfast trays sent to the room because we had a very early departure and missed the included breakfast buffet; don't worry about this somewhat remote location - you will not regret choosing this place once you are there!

Pleasant for a short stay, as a base to explore surrounding countryside and Granada.

An absolutely beautiful location and wonderful staff. The estate is stunning and we are planning to go back already. There were small things that weren't prefect like the shower hose had a leaky hole in it and and I found some hairs in the bathroom but that's nothing, the experience was so wonderful, we loved being there. Also, considering what we've paid for other hotels I feel that the fees here are more than reasonable.

the staff was amazing, giving great directions and being very flexible the next morning with check-out. the breakfast was also amazing, and was included. Our rooms had a lot of character, as did the entire facility. We were sorry that we arrived late at night. Had we known how lovely the hotel was, we would have arrived sooner and had dinner there.

Beautiful rustic hotel, shame about the lack of food in offer!

Great one night stay, quirky interesting room with views - el torreon - very comfy bed with plenty of space and light. Road to access the cortijo is uphill and tricky! Relaxing stopover on the way to Granada.
