Excellent service, very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable, superb location.

3rd single bed wasn't made up and top bedsheet was missing. Clean towels smelled a bit old/ damp.

Lovely old building. Staff were nice, and helpful. We were lucky the weather was nice so could take advantage of the small balcony.

A bit further away from main Eden township than expected. A fair distance to take luggage from carpark to entrance. No lift, a fair set of stairs to lug cases up. Room was quite small - nowhere to sit apart from on the bed.
