Seahorse Inn Hotel & Villas

Peaceful position to sit back, relax and enjoy the view and listen to the waves. We had dinner on site and the steak was cooked to perfection. The complimentary continental breakfast was an unexpected bonus with fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast and pastries and the perfect coffee to start the day.

Knocking our heads on the ceiling; if the bed was placed away from the wall just a little bit most of the knocks wouldn't have happened. We knew we were going to be in a loft style room so that was alright but the placement of things could have been better thought out, eg not placing the kettle in the corner to encourage you to bump your head.

We had a very nice meal in the restaurant in the evening. Beautiful private beach just a few steps from our villa. Good and easy parking. Nice to have separate shower, toilet and washbasin. Well-equipped kitchen.

There was no heating in the bedrooms and it wasn't very warm late evening or early morning. It's a very beautiful, but rather isolated location with no shops or restaurants (apart from the hotel restaurant) anywhere near.

Location...historical aspects of the inn and locale are very interesting. Restaurant was good. Local fish of the day is the go.

Wifi cut out. We had an elevated villa and the wind actually moved the entire structure when it blew under the subfloor.

Truly-nothing. It's a beautiful property

We very much enjoyed our three night stay in one of the villas. Well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Easy beach access to the stunning two fold bay. Quiet setting in tranquil landscape. We would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of very minor issues- such as no water jug or ice cube tray - which would have been great in the warm weather we were enjoying. Despite requesting the bed configurations - this had to be done at our arrival. It was quickly addressed but it was not the best initial impression of a 4 star establishment. We would however be happy to recommend this stay to others.

This villa was wonderfully private with a unique vibe. The building and room were lovely, very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. Having dinner and breakfast on-site was convenient, as there’s nothing nearby. I would definitely come back again!
