Proprietatea nu isi merita pretul, peretii murdari, crapati dand senzatie de mizerie si loc neingrijit. Toaleta cu capac care cadea de pe vas, lavoarul infundat, baia nu era la camera, ca sa accesezi baia trebuia sa iesi pe hol sa deschizi cu cheie si sa inchizi la loc baia. Patura de pe pat nu era imbacata in husa destinata si mai era si rupta. Umerase ruginite.
