Buena ubicación en El Sardinero. Servicio muy amable y profesional. Las habitaciones tienen una forma un poco rara pero la mia un balcón con vistas al mar estupendo. Camas cómodas y buen wifi

We absolutely loved everything! The location is wonderful, and the staff was incredibly polite and always ready to help with any request. Everything was very comfortable, and the view from the terrace is simply beautiful.

Me gustó la ubicación y el trato del personal. La limpieza también estaba bien.

Para ser un 4 estrellas y pedir más de 180€ la noche por una habitación, necesita un lavado de cara. Veo las habitaciones muy anticuadas, la terraza que me tocó realmente era un balcón un poco grande. El colchon la verdad es que fue muy incómodo, se clavaban los muelles en la espalda. Y además eché de menos que no hubiera una cafetera o un calentador de agua, que ahora la mayor parte de hoteles ya tienen para que puedas hacerte al menos 1 té o un café. También he he de menos que no hubiera un enchufe al lado de la cama. En estos días de tanto calor estaría bien que hubiera un ventilador o aire acondicionado. En definitiva, creo que algunas cosas precisarían una reforma. El hotel estaba bien hace 25 años pero ahora creo que se queda un poco viejo. Por lo demás la atención es muy buena.
