Gran Hotel Victoria

Good location - very handy for the ferry port. Dinner was good.

Breakfast was very poor - cold, tasteless scrambled eggs, cold, undercooked bacon. The parking is expensive.

Everything its a great hotel we use twice every year

Location and the view of the Palace of Magdalena. We had a corner room with large balcony which was outstanding! Dinner also was lovely. Very convenient for the beach.

Had to pay for hotel parking but luckily found a parking in the street.

Location Safe gaage ( not sure it should be charged but i did use it )

Ordered room service for me and my son after a long travel from Barcelona. Burgeres came raw uncooked.. Ive returned it.. When we were checking out i asked why was room service bill for food returned not cancelled .. Receptionist was lovely but said someone else will do it but i have to pay now.. I paid our bill left the hotel .. Ive emaild them and they have been rather unhelpful asking why i didn't alow them to replace it with better cooked burgeres.. I wouodnt have had problem with that but by the point food came and was discovered that it was uncooked we were alredy tired and not wanting to wait any loneger( we have just completed 700km drive ) All i wanted was them to return money i paid fir something that wasnt cooked and was thier mistake ... Shpuodnt be that hard sending emails and being questioned when i showed them food was raw.. This way i paid for something i havent even eaten ...
