"Amazing and peaceful vacation."

I love everything about this property. The casitas have everything you need and are incredibly comfortable. The staff is excellent with great service and Sofia is very responsive to WhatsApp messages. There is truly no other place on the island of Madeira I would even consider staying after experiencing Valle Paraizo.

There’s nothing I don’t like about this property.

"Wahrhaft ein Paradies für Naturliebhaber."

Ein reizendes kleines Haus inmitten herrlicher Natur. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, und alles funktioniert. Sehr angenehm der häufige Bettwäsche- und Handtücherwechsel. Nicht ganz leicht zu finden, dafür aber absolut ruhig und sehr gute Luft. Jeden Tag stattete und sogar ein Pfau Besuch ab und zeigte sein Rad! Überaus gemütliche Betten!

Und hat alles gefallen.

"Schattige huisjes op een prachtige locatie."

De cottages zijn prachtig gelegen, in het bosachtige omgeving

Zeer koude vloeren, er stonden overal kachels aan en we hebben begrepen waarom. Er wordt veel aangeboden, koekjes, wijn, een was draaien etc met aanzienlijke kosten. De cottage zelf is behoorlijk aan de prijs.

"Paradijsje"

Wij verbleven in cottage Levadinha. Een gezellig authentiek huisje, ruim opgezet met heerlijke bedden en goede keukenuitrusting. Het ligt in een prachtige tuin met bloeiende bloemen en bomen. Wakker worden met het gezang van vogels, een stromend beekje en soms bezoek van een rondwandelende pauw. Prima tuinmeubilair aanwezig. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam, contact verliep vooral via WhatsApp. Als welkom lag er een zelfgebakken brood. We hebben ook eenmaal gebruik gemaakt van de service om lekkere zelfgemaakte soep en brood bij het huisje geleverd te krijgen. Dichtbij het huisje loopt de Levada waarlangs je richting Monte of Camacha kunt wandelen. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad!

Niets viel tegen. We denken wel dat je echt een auto nodig hebt voor verblijf hier. Het huisje ligt hoog en is te bereiken via een steil weggetje. Afstand tot Funchal is ongeveer 20 minuten.
