Port Hotel

**Please do not use this hotel!** I booked this by mistake and insantly attempted to cancel this (had to wait for phone lines to open). Booking.com were happy to refund this but I was met with extreme rudeness from the deputy manager Bradley stating that this would be a 'poor business decision' and generally talking down to us. I would urge anyone to consider another hotel based on very poor customer service and greedily taking money when this could have been easily rectified. I will be telling all friends and family to avoid this hotel at all costs and ensure nonody I know uses them.

Modem, very clean and comfortable

Just home from a weekend in Eastbourne and loved our stay at the Port Hotel. We stayed in an apartment with a sea view, which was beautiful - it was perfect for three of us and a small dog! Had everything we needed and so stylish! The team were absolutely lovely and clearly took so much pride in the hotel and ensured we were looked after and having a good time! We could walk to The Glasshouse and The Bohemian at different ends of the town, which are both great places for food and drink (and dog friendly!). To be overlooking the sea and have such easy access to the beach was great. My 9 year old said the breakfast was one of the best he’s ever had and I would agree! Fab hot choices and great coffee too! All in all - would highly recommend and we’d go back!

Clean modern and warm

Really nice hotel/guesthouse. Lovely staff. Close attention to detail with all the small touches in the rooms. Highly recommend.

A nice modern hotel not part of a chain. Large room comfortable bed, lovely sea views, powerful shower, quiet, outstanding, friendly staff, close to good restaurants. Highly recommended. Will be back

the breakfast and the staff were excellent . very relaxed and friendly .very helpful too . The room was very well designed with excellent tasteful minimal designer-cool style . We loved it !

Location. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good.

No elevator, not good for those with mobility issues. Too hot in the bedroom, no way of regulating the heat , even hot with window open. The bathroom door is very difficult to operate....
