Convenient location for the event we were going to at the pub opposite. The loft had all we needed for the short visit

There was no-one there to greet us, and we weren't given the code , so was kept waiting 40 minutes to get into the property

Location was the best thing for us as meeting family. Breakfast not included so cannot comment on that.

A few cob webs around the room but lovely comfy bed. Shame there's no breakfast.

Great location for early morning Poole Ferry, friendly pub across the road.

Teresa was a wonderful host. Very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Came to the rescue with a couple of safety pins at the 11th hour. We stayed in the Fig Room which was large and had all the amenities of a large hotel. The bed was very comfortable!

La moquette tipicamente inglese non assicura la migliore pulizia e le scale per raggiungere la stanza, sono ripide e altissime, difficili da salire con due valigie pesanti.

This was a long weekend getaway with my friends. We planned to go on Brownsea island and were looking for an overnight stay. This place turned out to be conveniently located. The house definitely has its own character. The interior reflects its heritage and is tastefully decorated to modern standards. My room was peaceful and comfortable. Real coffee and biscuits was a big bonus.
