"Exceptional"

What a great place. Everything was great. The most comfortable beds. The rooms were so clean, all the extra little thoughtful touches were so nice (chocolates coffee tea juice milk,flowers biscuits, and more). The house was beautiful. And soo clean. Peter’s Breakfast was delicious , couldn’t finish it all. Izzy and Peter were wonderful. I felt so welcome. The pub across the street was great. The food the bar the music and dancing. Wish I could have stayed longer. Next time I will for sure. I 100% recommend this place. I can’t say enough good things about it. Just go!!!😊

"The best we have stayed at for years."

The room we had was spotless and well equipped. The breakfast was extremely good. The owners were very friendly and helpful especially as were arriving outside of the normal arrival times. Superb in every respect.

"Sympathique B&B en bordure de route."

Excellent accueil. Bonne literie. Très propre. Bonne dimension de chambre et sdb avec le bon équipement. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Parking très pratique. Tout était parfait sauf le bruit de la rue 😟 Pratique le restaurant en face même si ce n'est pas une grande table.

Ca aurait été un 10 si il n'y avait pas le bruit de la rue avec le passage des camions et voitures. Nous recherchons le calme.

Clean, fresh and tidy in a great location. Izzy and Peter were very accommodating and went above and beyond!

Nothing that we didn’t like more a consideration to try a different variety of vegetarian sausage as it was a little dry.

"Excellent, Exemplary, Exmoor House"

Very welcoming, everything clearly explained and very supportive. Info offered on things to do, places to see, even offered to help by booking a table at the local pub for Dinner!! Nothing was too much trouble to help my daughter, my terrier and myself have a restful and pleasant stay. I am so grateful, thank you! PS breakfast was amazing!

A little noise from customers leaving the nearby pub, but cleared quickly and nothing to do with our Exmoor House or our hosts.
