Location was nice and they owned the local pub which was useful for evening food.

Room a little tired bed was too small.

Breakfast could have been improved. Plain sliced bread was a disappointment and the bacon and sausage could have been better cooked.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and tranquil getaway. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff were exceptional. It was such a pleasure meeting Joss ,a truly kind and gentle soul and her wonderful team, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The house and grounds were delightful. Our room was quaint, cosy, and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the full cooked breakfast along with the fresh fruit selection. We stayed for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and Joss and her team made it truly memorable. Thank you again for such a lovely experience. As Arnie would say — we’ll be back! 😊

Great value for money and in an excellent location with a lovely pub just down the road. We really enjoyed our stay and will revisit one day.

Quality of the cooked breakfast only average but the cinnamon porridge was delicious!
