It was really clean, tidy and spacious in a family room. We needed the heating on as it was a cold weekend, and the room warmed up really quickly.

Breakfast not included location was good

tv to high for watching in bed .a toilet in bed room would have been better

Ideal location , comfortable room , very clean

Only down fall is no breakfast and if you wanted to go for breakfast you would have to take a walk to find somewhere apart from that no problem at all

The hotel was in a good central location

There was no staff on site, you called a number a and a guy turned up with a piece of paper and a pocket of keys. The piece of paper did not have the accurate information on, he them left and returned with his mobile device with the accurate information but did not have the right keys, all of this was whilst we were stood in the small hallway with our luggage (a group of 8 of us) and the man had zero customer service skills. Once we had overcome the check in challenges and our rooms were allocated that we were not shown to and had to find ourselves they were inadequate to say the least my husband and I were allocated room 3 which had a double bed in but was in reality a single room at best. The bedsheets were stained by bleach, there were numerous holes in the walls and what looked like chilli sauce smeered on the bathroom door. There was only 1 plug socket in the room and the room only had blinds that were not adequate for privacy or blocking light. Our friends in our party were also allocated rooms 1, 2 and 5 which all had similar issues. Room 5 the shower did not heat up and the tap in the sink would not turn off, though this room was a decent size. Room 2 had a shower over a bath but no shower curtain/screen and the bathroom door had been cut so that it could shut past the toilet and the bed was somethingfrom the 70s. Room 1 was a twin room and also had a numerous of issues. Due to no stand on site this made it difficult to express our concerns and unfortunately we were unable to secure another hotel due to strictly come dancing being in Blackpool whilst we were visiting. Overall very disappointing stay and I will not be returning or recommending
