Cosy and quiet 5 minutes away from where I was working that week. The room I had was clean and so was the shower room.

"Fabulous find"

Kyra was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. A short walk from the centre of Southampton with free parking and a cute breakfast.

We couldn't fault it.

"Clean and comfortable but overpriced."

The room was clean and the bed was very comfy . The host was nice and friendly. The location was good.

The breakfast was very basic for the price that we paid and whilst the room was clean and comfortable I think the phrase luxury was a little overstated.

"Good location, good value."

Great location near the train/bus station, walkable. While the bathroom was in the hall, it was right outside our door. Breakfast was cold but very good. Coffee and tea were served. Grocery store nearby.
