Very nice welcome from the member of staff, very quiet and clean hotel Free on-site parking Good location, close to the beach which is located at the bottom of the cliff

It could be better if breakfast was available and included in the price

"Great venue for the BICC and general access to town centre. - Lovely staff..."

We had a sea room and a view of the pier. Location to the BICC is excellent as just round the corner. The hotel is not luxurious but neither is the cost. Room was spartan but functional and comfy. The staff are really friendly and a pleasure to chat too. The bar is excellent with a huge TV to watch with a great view over the sea as does the comfortable lounge.

A few more human nice touches would make the place more 'warmer' to stay.

Perfect place to stay. An interesting old building with rooms that are clean tidy. Our bathroom was huge, with a bath big enough for 3 people and a large shower. We had a view towards the sea. The staff were friendly and chatty. The addition of a free car park was a huge bonus.
