Hotel Balmoral

Perfect location with our room overlooking the sea. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were lucky enough to be staying on a Friday night and had an amazing view of the Bournemouth fireworks display

I loved the decor had a Victorian feel nice really nice the bed was really comfortable I really enjoyed the staff they were nice and friendly I just wish I had got up earlier to try the breakfast the bed was so nice I really didn't feel like getting up 😁😁 I want to say I had no Expectations going with the flow was the best feeling ever 😁

I felt uneasy having to ring the bell to get someone to let me in also I didn't close the bathroom door the outside and inside knob doesn't turn a bit concerned getting locked in when using the bathroom as a single room. Health and safety issue possible also maybe when booking the hotel the walk on the way to the hotel is really steep I loved it tho I am a keen walker

The manager of the hotel is very helpful and informative. There is plenty of secure free parking which is hard to find in Bournemouth. The Breakfast was lovely. We will definitely be returning and highly recommended this hotel.

From start to finish we were met and greeted by a lovely manager called Dave. He told us all about the heritage of the property and information on getting around. The bedroom was exceptionally beautiful as if he knew we'd love it, with a stunning sea view. Added breakfast as a treat and I really was impressed. Thank you. Sara was the breakfast host who really made us feel comfortable and was so happy to help with a lovely smile. Thank you. All in all it was clean, relaxing, refreshing and so close to the sea.at a fabulous price for 2. Recommended highly and a safe car park for my car also. Would I book again YES! 5* Until next time xoxo

Beautiful building inside and out lovely big rooms, clean and very welcoming and the staff was brilliant I would recommend this place 100% and I will definitely be staying again
