Very friendly and welcoming. Nice big room with lovely facilities nothing too much trouble. Clean and tidy traditional guest house. Very tasty breakfast x

Owners were very friendly and gave directions to the place we had booked a meal. Were full of advice of things to do. Location is great, about 20 mis walk to city centre. The breakfast was nice as well

Door to the bathroom was a bit stiff

This is hospitality like it used to be. Friendly, helpful, personal. June is great at helping with tips on transport options and local activities. My room was a very good size for a single with a comfy bed and chair, desk, tv, kettle, hairdryer and wee ensuite bathroom. The breakfast is a good selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cooked, and tea or coffee. It is an easy walk from the train station and about 20 minutes walk to town centre. I had a lovely stay here.

Nothing really except perhaps the creaky floor in my room.
