"It’s clean and purposeful for a short stay. Bring ear plugs if you end up in the highway side of the hotel"

Very clean property, great bed and overall the room was exceptional.

The staff called my phone saying they would cancel my reservation if I didn’t give my credit card over the phone - despite me using booking.com. Staff seemed rather preoccupied vs attending to guests waiting at the front counter. Loud traffic as the highway is directly in front of the hotel.

For check in to check out the experience was outstanding. Check in fast, polite and friendly. The lobby is amazing lots of groupings to sit and chat. The decor is lovely especially the light fixtures. Elevator small but so clean. Out room was a accessible room and it was perfect. Clean well laid out, the bathroom was great they have soap, shampoo and conditioner mounted in shower, bedding clean and Warm. Continental breakfast was great and the coffee was really good not bitter at all. Definitely will stay again when we return.

"Good price and nice amenities"

The staff at check-in and out, the room, and the amenities.

The stay on 11/18 was good but the heater was broken. I called the main desk and they gave suggestions but it didn’t work.
