In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. "Voltaremos sempre por causa das instalações e das águas."

Somos hóspedes frequentes. Amamos as instalações, os quartos, os jardins e principalmente A AGUA!!!!

Recepcionistas sempre antipáticos e demorados. O telefone está sempre tocando e ninguém atende. Fica a ressalva que os demais funcionários do hotel são simpáticos. Comida tem piorado a cada ano. Tirando o café da manhã que é bem bom, o restante são pratos com muita gordura, molhos e sempre as mesmas opções.

"Excelente hotel e spa poderia melhorar"

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito bonita e confortável. A equipe é bastante atenciosa e fomos muito bem tratados.

A partir de spa está um pouco largada. Soube que antes da pandemia existia um espaço realmente funcional. Acredito que com poucas mudanças seria possível melhorar muito o spa. As piscinas de água quente também estão muito rasas o que não está sendo agradável para banhos. Os ofuros deveriam ter a água trocada mais vezes estarei mais quentes. Deveria haver uma orientação mais clara sobre os benefícios da água disponibilidade e como cada hóspede poderia se valer dos tratamentos.

Gostei de tudo. Gostei principalmente do atendimento. Toda a equipe é gentil, educada e fazem de tudo pelo nosso bem estar. Estão atentos as nossas necessidades o tempo todo. Comida maravilhosa, cama confortável, tudo muito limpo e organizado. O spa é fantástico. Voltarei sempre. Agradeço a todos pelo carinho e atenção.
