The front desk associate needs to speak better English and needs more training. They ran a credit card slip that was not mine and said i need to sign it. I could not make her understand that was not mine i showed her on my online bank that Orbitz charged me already manager said just sign it to please her. I was totally not happy with that at check in so because of that i will probably not stay there anymore. Its easier to check into a motel 6 then there.

Truck parking

They would not accept bookin.com reservation for $61. They charged $99. The toilet would not flush and there was no breakfast of any kind provided.
