Hyatt Pune

The food, Staff , service everything was impeccable.since we arrive a little earlier than the check in time, we had lunch while our check in process was completed. Rohan in front office was very sweet and took care of the formalities , Swati Dey was very sweet and she welcomed us very. While at the restaurant, Prasenjit and Arjun were very hospitable at lunch, and during our breakfast the next morning we had the pleasure of meeting the executive Sous Chef in black uniform who made sure my daughter had a smile on her face with a cute looking Pancake made as a Mickey, while Chef Sakshi got us some yummy dosas, And Ajith went out of his way to get us a mango milk shake as my daughter craved some .

Restaurant food was amazing and people were very friendly and prompt. Some of the tastiest food ever tested. Shoutout to Pradnaya was very helpful

The stay was pleasant. Seemed away from City while still being in center of Pune. Pool and Spa services were great. The breakfast spread was also good specially the baked cakes and desserts. Chef Sakshi was a great host.

The welcome, the staff, the room, the amenities. It looks like a tier 3 class of hotel.

I have stayed in many 5-star hotels, but the breakfast at Hyatt Pune is my favourite. They have amazing seating for breakfast, which sets your mood in the morning. I love the room, the greenery views from the window.

They won't let you do any early check-in, unlike other 5-star hotels. You won't get advantages, though you're their frequent visiting guest.

I enjoy staying at the Hyatt Pune whenever I come for work. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are pristine. I had an excellent experience and thanks to Pooja from housekeeping for keeping everything spotless.

Service is top. I have been to many hotels international and within India. The service level here is definitely very good. They know what they are doing. It is very personalized.
