Clean enough, but very warm roomnwoth no air condition, made the temperature at night around 25 degrees. Uncomfortable pillows and synthetic blanket. .

Studio (50qm) gebucht, falsches Zimmer erhalten. Mit allem Gepäck wieder runter. Im richtigen Zimmer stand statt der Sitzgruppe nur ein Tisch, die beiden Sessel fehlten. Wieder runter - reklamiert. "Unser Hausservice kümmert sich." Nichts passiert bis zur Abreise. Den Mangel bei Abreise erwähnt - nahezu keine Reaktion. Kunde ist hier kein König, allenfalls Umsatzbringer.
