Guesthouse Maison de la Rose

The room looked even better than in the photos. The host provided very clear check-in instructions as well as plenty of useful tourist information. The room was very warm and cozy, the location was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable.

The only small downside was the separate hot and cold water taps in the sink and a shower thermostat that did not work very well.

The location is excellent, a very short walk into the main town Square and with lots of great places places to eat and shop nearby. It is an absolutely beautiful surroundings and the house makes every effort to make a great welcome with candles burning chocolates available with a real spirit of Bruges.

There were just a few difficulties with the shower, I think it may need a little bit of maintenance as it was difficult to operate and would only run very hot. Besides that the apartment was generally comfortable and well kept and clean.
