Wat een prachtig uitzicht vanaf balcon!! Op het klooster en het stadje Padula. En...we kregen er op het grasveld onder ons gratis een Italiaanse bruiloft bij! Een hotel waarbij goede zorg en gastvrijheid voorop stonden. ( ondanks die...bruiloft).

The hotel was right across from the monastery so that was very convenient. Room was large.

I would have liked more healthy options for breakfast such as eggs and whole grain breads. Instead, there were a lot of cakes and sweet pastries offered. Also, the restaurant attached to the hotel where we had dinner was really bad - it served the worst pizza I have had in a long time (crust was soggy and toppings very salty) and the pumpkin soup was not hot at all.
