Very inviting, comfortable, relaxing.In a central location.We took the superior room this time and it was exactly that! Spacious ! Could sleep in that bed for eternity!

The only thing I would have liked better , to have had 1 or 2 more waste paper baskets as 1 was too small,especially after shopping.

"My 5* weird Batavia Boutique hotel disappointment"

Nothing.

Everything. The photos are from 10 years ago. Photos and advertising is misleading. We booked in, the next day we booked out, booked in at a genuine 5* hotel. The decor was scary, actually the hotel atmosphere was scary. Linen had a stale smell, The lighting my room and bedroom. Breakfast was so so. This was a very expensive lesson to learn.
