Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Excellent location opposite the hot pools and a short walk to the village.Andy and Adele were excellent hosts- very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the extensive guest kitchen and the roaring fire at night in the lounge - great room to relax and unwind. Would recommend without any hesitation. Really enjoyed my stay.

We stayed here 10 years ago and remember it being comfortable. We were happy we returned. Staff were really helpful. The laundry facilities were also a bonus after a week of travelling. . The communal dryer was out of action but they dried our laundry for us . Very kind. Homely lodge type feel. Very cosy. Great kitchen facilities are also available.

You could hear others coming and going in the hallway. Rooms let in a bit of noise

"It was the perfect place to stay for our last night on the south island and a day at the pool/spa."

Location to Hamner Springs hot pools and town for meals can't be beat. The owner was at the front desk when we checked in and she was incredibly helpful and nice. Fresh milk and real coffee with a plunger in the room was much appreciated.
