If you wish to be surrounded by friendliness, comfort and luxury, then this is the hotel to stay in. We were made so welcome from the word go. The ambience is homely, quiet and totally relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of half board for 3 nights. Variety of food and wine are extensive and so tasty. Its position on a hill top, not too far from the main road, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and vineyard, is idyllic. Fantastic museums at Vergina and Pella display 'gobsmacking' artefacts! Lovely views abound. No time for sitting on the attractive beaches, just on the stunning hotel patio! Don't miss this experience!!

I loved this place. The hosts and staff hit the perfect note with their own updated style of traditional Greek hospitality. The place itself has an outstanding location, on a hill overlooking nearby villages and the city of Veroia, whose lights come up at night in the distance. The inn is gorgeously furnished with antiques but in perfect taste. The restaurant is very good. I never wanted to eat anywhere else. The dinner menu was varied and the food offered interesting and delicious twists on standard Greek dishes. And the setting, again, was unbeatable, with the entrancing sight of the surrounding valley before you as you dine. The breakfast was ample and delicious and provided the same pleasurable view in the morning light. I used the inn as a base to visit sights in the area, from the tomb of Philip, a world class archaeological site, to the city of Thessaloniki, just an hour away. I only had a couple of days, but with a longer stay one could do much more within an hour's drive: visit other important sites such as Pella, hike Mt. Olympus, spend a day on the beach at, e.g., the village at Panteleimona, tour the wine country around Naoussa, spend a day in Veroia itself or Edessa, on and on. The Ktima was the perfect choice for me. I felt at home and I loved the ambience of the place itself and it gave me the location I needed to visit what I wanted to see in the area.

Beautifully decorated hotel and very well maintained to a very high standard. Room was small but decorated with beautiful mahogany furniture.Only complaint was "hot" breakfast items of eggs and bacon were stone cold.

This new boutique hotel was architect-designed and is absolutely beautiful. It is situated outside Veria, on a hill above a vineyard, with an extensive manicured lawn surrounding it. The views at sunset were awe-inspiring. The furnishings tend to heavy wood and leather, and the price was more than reasonable for such luxurious accommodations. The restaurant on the premises has a fairly ordinary, uninspired menu, but the desserts were great (creme brulee, for example).
