Charming and easy to get to via public transport. Beautiful views of the river and mountains. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great!

It’s a little rundown. It needs some updating and upkeep. One morning, black water came out of the shower when I first turned it on. It cleared up but it was concerning. Then, the door handle came off the entrance door on our last morning.

O quarto tinha banheiro muito pequeno! Tinha um tamanho muito bom, mas falra requinte ! Decoração sem graça! A area da recepção lounge e café são bonitos , assim como a arquitetura do chalet, mas o quarto não acompanha, o estilo! O colchão está na hora de trocar! Pelo preço o quarto merecia mais requinte e conforto! O chuveiro era muito bom,.mas vc não podia abrir os braços pra tomar banho! Era um cubículo !

We come from all over the world, so I think we should serve Asian food for breakfast. I don't like breakfast.

It is very near the bus stop coming from the interlaken station. The view from our room was overlooking interlaken which was both majestic both day and night. There were two separate toilet and bath for both joined roons thatbwe had. There was a self service laundry facility with dryer. Breakfast was also really good!

My mom and dad's room didnt have any view at all with a 24/7 opened window with I'm guessing a vent? No one collected our trash as well but I can't find any information about trash collection or myself bringing it somewhere ao we ended up having to squeeze in things for those 3nights of our stay. Room was cleaned however the rubbish we re left as it is.
