Biz 2 yetişkin ve 4 yaşında oglumuzla booking üzerinden tek oda vermediği icin 2 oda rezervasyon yapmak zorunda kaldık. Resepsiyondan arkadaslar bize cok yardımcı oldular. 1 odayı iptal edip para iadesi yaptılar. Kendilerine tekrar teşekkür ederim. Yanınızda 2 yaşından büyük cocuk oldugunda booking sistemi tek oda vermiyor. Mutlaka otel sitesinden iletişime geçmenizi öneririm.

great vibe, excellent location, brilliant restaurants and bars nearby

The breakfast is same every day, not enough variety of products and dishes. The staff is not trained enough, both restaurant and housekeeping. The servers/waiters are not at the level such hotel should have. The housekeeping team does not maintain the same level of service/standard every day. Missing important details about daily room make up, especially exclusive rooms.
