Papanui Court Motel

They don’t know how to clean the rooms after someone leaves, me and my family walked in and there was rubbish under the bed old food under the bed it was disgusting I’ve never been in such a disgusting place and we got kicked out bc we had my pregnant stepsister over and my older brother had to pay to stay such a disgusting environment for kids .

Not at all like the pictures, this property is now very run down.

this motel is close proximity to Northlands Mall, and easy reach by car or bus into town.

Comfortable beds but that's all it's got going for it. Awake most the night with people who live in the unit next door coming and going all hours. No consideration for anyone staying. Only stayed one night. No good if you want to relax

Worst motel I have ever stayed at!!! Rooms filthy, black cobwebs in room, linen stained!!! The grounds a mess. Garden and lawns overgrown. I actually think people live in these units as dirty dog bowls outside rooms. Advertising totally misleading I think the pictures must have been taken 10 years ago!!! Would never return and would not recommend to anyone

We arrived at the hotel the first day of lockdown. We were welcomed by Shirley Xia the Manager. The team has been very helpfu and friendly. They applied a « special lockdown » discounted rate We pent two weeks in the hotel In addition it is located close to supermarket and a bunch of restaurants (which we unfortunately couldn’t test) Rooms are well equipped : good value for money, I warmly recommend this place
