"No geral foi boa a estadia. Somente a questão do chuveiro no final que atrapalhou um pouco."

Nos últimos dias da estadia tivemos problema com o aquecimento do chuveiro nos banhos. Água em Cusco é gelada.

As acomodações são muito confortáveis e o atendimento é maravilhoso! Quem nos atendeu na maioria dos dias que ficamos foi o funcionário Daniel que é uma pessoa muito querida, gentil e atencioso! Nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos na estadia. Daniel também nos ajudou quando passamos mal durante a viagem! Tudo o que a pousada ofereceu foi maravilhoso, café da manhã muito gostoso, tem chá disponível 24hr e a localização é ótima. Chuveiro bom, forte e com água quente! Achamos a pousada e o atendimento excelente!

"Tudo dentro do esperado e ótimo."

Tudo organizado e cheiroso.

O hotel fica próximo a uns apartamentos e tinham crianças chorando. Alguns hóspedes do hotel estavam fazendo muito barulho após as 22h.
