General atmosphere and room was poorly lit for reading Towels were small when showering

reception staff very nice and helpful handy location clean room nice dinner

catering staff rude- not very pleasant no window in the bedroom expensive for what it was the breakfast menu was very off putting- choose 5 items- no nice chopped fruit, no great selection cereal, no nice bread. had to ask for tomatoes-

Bed very Comfortable All Staff excellent from reception to restaurant staff to morning porter were over and about friendly and wanted to please. Definitely read the room and were very experienced and nothing was too much trouble Example of reading the room an elderly lady in our company asked for some extra little milk pots for her room. Mature experience suggested a little Jug of milk instead which proved a much better choice.

Only a roof window in the room and too warm
