House Sandra

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, vanhaan kaupunkiin käveli 5min ja bussiasemalle 15min. Iso ruokakauppa 10min kävelymatkan päässä ja lähellä paljon ravintoloita. Kadulta ei kuulunut meteliä, huoneemme oli maan tasalla. Ilmastointi toimi, sitä kannattaa pitää päällä, koska huone lämpenee helposti ja kylpyhuoneessa ei ole ikkunaa joten suihkun jälkeen/aikana kosteus siirtyy huoneen puolle.

Kylpyhuoneen ovi on lasia. Vessan vetäminen on kovaäänistä, joten yöllä voi olla ikävä herätä siihen (koska lasiovi päästää kaikki äänet läpi). Sängyssä oli memoryfoam patja ja tyynyt, onneksi kaapissa oli muutama erilainen tyyny. Huoneemme oli hieman huonosti siivottu, lattialla oli hiuksia ja muuta pientä roskaa. Huoneessa ei ollut siivous-/ ei saa häiritä- kylttejä.

La ubicación es muy buena, a unas pocas cuadras del centro histórico.

Stayed for 1 night awaiting a cruise in Split. The room was clean and spacious enough. We were on the ground floor backing the alley. We did not know that this was a parking area. It was loud with others making their way to and from their vehicles. The location of the House was excellent. Marko was polite and helpful. He picked us up from and drove us back from the airport reliably. The room met all our needs and is a great value. We would stay here, again, if returning to Split.

Great location, 5-10 min walk to Riva and to a nice sand beach, and a few steps away from a great, reasonably priced restaurant.

No patio to sit outside, but otherwise lovely. Very nice owner, his son snd son’s wife.

L'emplacement idéal, à deux pas du centre historique et du port. L'hébergement spacieux, la qualité du matelas et la gentillesse de Marko qui est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport.

Very convenient location with a comfortable room. The owner was very accommodating, friendly, and made the stay pleasant and hassle-free.

Nice interior and size. Decent bathroom, fridge and coffee. Helpful staff.

Not very accessible, esp the upper floors. Location wasn't great, anything close to old town but still 10 minute walk from everywhere. Not many good restaurants in the neighborhood. Bit overpriced for the location.
