Pas de parking Personnel ne parle pas bien le Français

I did like everything, outside of the building is so nice, the swimming pool area is attractive, dinning area and food was lovely, the receptionist were so kind to help for anything, but the rooms condition and representation not very attractive, needs more improvement, sorting out those cracks on the walls and repainting, I'm saying this coz I'm a painter/decorator, I know it won't take long repainting the room, another thing needs service is the telephone calling taxi, was not working we had to drags our bags on the street to catch a taxi, is not good, apart from that we enjoyed, we will be back to see u r improvements for one more time, thank u

Es un hotel con mucho encanto.te hacen sentir como en casa.la comida variada , mucha cantidad y rica.las instalaciones muy buenas y sobre todo un personal que vale mas que un 10.tienen un equipo humano, desde recepcion, en el restaurante, en el bar,limpieza, el animador, la gerente, que no lo he visto en ningun lugar.hacen que tus vacaciones sean inolvidables.gracias por este trato.

La ubicación es muy buena tanto para la playa como para la marcha. El restaurante es una pena, platos sucios, mala calidad en la comida ( había sandía que estaba medio podrida), las empleadas ni te daban los buenos días por no decir que te tenías que levantar a por tu bebidas, en resumen, no daban ganas de comer allí. En la recepción el día que nos fuimos ni siquiera preguntaron como habíamos estado. No volvería

We stayed at Santa Monica Playa for 4 days, we had a very good time. The staff members are very friendly, the children enjoyed it very much. They had great childrens entertainment in the evenings. Charlie was absolutely fantastic, and energetic, the children loved his company. The swimming pool area is clean, and Tony the life guard was very good. We had the all inclusive package, the food was good, different options each day. Aswell as that they also had some Halal options, which was excellent . With the all inclusive we were able to have unlimited drinks and snacks anytime of day, which is great especially in the hot seasons. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel location is great, few minutes walk to the beach and centre. Also a bus from Reus Airport stops your right near the hotel, which saved us about €40 all together. This is a great location especially for families. Will definitely return.

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Cerca de la playa y de la zona centro. Personal muy agradable y cercana.

Smutsigaste och mest illaluktande hotell jag någonsin varit på, fruktansvärd frukost, inget gott att säga om detta hotell, vidrigt.

The hotel itself was a little dated and also the rooms could do with an upgrade. I did find the beds comfortable and the shower nice and powerful which are the two main things for me. The breakfast was ok but the staff never seemed very happy. It was very close to the centre and beach although there was a hill to go down to get to them. I paid a very reasonable price so all in all I would say it's good value for money

Reception staff were fantastic, bar staff not so much! Overall the hotel is clean and tidy but fairly basic. We stayed as a group of friends and it was ok, I wouldn't return as a couple or with the kids. Food was most definitely average, plenty of choice and enough to go around but after the first day we'd had enough. All inclusive was average, on arrival we were told wristbands go from 12pm on day of arrival to 12pm on day of departure which is fine. On departure day we went to get a drink at 11.45am and were told about 11 times they ran out at 12pm, fair enough but it was 11.45am..... eventually got said drinks but were told in no uncertain terms they would be our last. Went back for more drinks in the afternoon and each time told we were no longer AI and each time replied we had money and were trying to pay. Overall quite rude bar staff spoiled our break. Rooms were ok but basic and walls incredibly thin, it was ok for us as we were all together but I felt for our neighbours. All in all an ok hotel but I wouldn't rush back in a hurry.
