AUHotel Onderbergen was amazing. When we arrived Mari helped us with our luggage and explained all the sites of the area and how to get to them. The room was amazing and the air conditioner worked a treat. The location is excellent, everything in walking distance, great bars close by and restaurants everywhere. I would recommend staying here and will definitely be back if we visit Ghent again. Thankyou to all the staff for making it a great stay.

Geen airco, dus tijdens de hittegolf was het maar net te doen. Parkeren is maar plek voor 2 auto’s
GBGreat location. Very clean and comfortable.
The only issue was the heat wave. The fact that our room was on the ground floor right next to the trash bins did not help - unsafe to open windows and very noisy in the mornings.

INEverything about this property is great. The location, the interiors, the friendly, enthusiastic & helpful staff at the reception (Marie I think) - she helped us understand the hotel facilities. She also helped us with the Ghent city layout and created an easy itinerary by sharing her tips on places to visit, gave bar/restaurant suggestions - Merci!! The room was very spacious with high ceiling. The bed was super comfy and felt luxurious. The hotel location was great too. Our stay was very memorable in this beautiful city of Ghent.

CAEverything was lovely, staff very friendly and perfect location to walk and explore or a quick jump on the tram to get to and from the train station.
No elevators so a little difficult carrying our bags up and down the stairs, but it added to the experience.
