Days At Sea Beach Lodge

I made a same day booking and then later got a call from the manager/owner/receptionist that she had released the staff to go home before seeing my booking. She asked me to cancel my booking and that she would approve my refund. I was driving at the time of the call as I was on an inter-province road trip and so by the time I requested the refund via booking.com, I did not receive any further feedback nor did a refund reflect in my account. It was an upfront payment booking but I did not get a stay as the lodge was closed, which contradicted the online status at the time.

Abzocke auf höchstem Niveau, Schimmel, heruntergekommenes Etablissement , unbedingt meiden, wir werden einen Anwalt einschalten wenn es keine Einigung mit dem Besitzer gibt.

The property is in a beautiful location with stunning views. The facility had a lovely pool and spacious room with cabanas for lounging. I also enjoyed all the artwork around the property

The property needs a refresh as you could see the aging of the furniture, pool deck, etc. Whilst the staff was pleasant, there was limited options for food and beverages on offer and what was served was not from trained staff.
