The staff was amazing

The only issue is that when we got to their restaurant (Anna’s Kitchen) we were rudely told by one of the waiters that they closed but we didn’t know, we had to ask somebody else that works there and that’s when they explained that because it’s New Year’s Eve they closed at 14:00 and that was literally our check in time so we wish we knew that prior

Our room was lovely, calming and peaceful. My son was too happy . It felt like home The staff very friendly and helpful from security at the gate , to reception and all the staff. I loved the breakfast as well , plus going an extra mile to cater for our dinner . Thank you .

Less activities for kids .
