Fortune Inn Haveli, Gandhinagar - Member ITC's Hotel Group

We've had the best dinners at Orchid Restaurant. We were served by Sagar and the service was very good. They have Indian, Gurajati, Oriental and western food options. Would defenitely recommend to go here if you're staying at the Fortune Inn Haveli in Gandhinagar.

The staff were wonderful. Arshad at the reception desk made our stay immensely memorable. He went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met.

Not what I expected. No hot water at night. There was one cockroach in the room. Room is very old and washroom is in bad condition. The only good thing was the breakfast.

Very good hotel in the heart of Gandhinagar. Fantastic staff trained by Manish. Devendra and team are excellent in the restaurant. Hotel is quite in need of renovation. Staff attitude is amazing and management needs to think of revamping the interiors. Overall a great value for money.

Bad maintenance of bathrooms ... shower not good ..towels were dirty and smelly like cheap hotels ... furniture in not so good shape ... breakfast was good

Restaurant staff could be little more attentive and cordial. Overall it seemed to be a bit laid back, take it easy approach.

Staff were courteous. The amenities were horrible in the room, there was no access remote. No bucket or mug . No appropriate toileteries provided.

The staff were interested in our life and it was interesting talking about theres.

Not a bad hotel. Pros: Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good Cons: Internet is hit and miss. When working it is OK though. Logging on can be a hassle Exercise equipment is crap Door in my room does not fully close by itself Safe does not work
