Lokalizacja, podgrzewana podłoga

Wentylator w łazience był bardzo głośny. Na lampach w łazience i w wielu miejscach w mieszkaniu kurz, wyposażenie mieszkania lekko zużyte, stara pralka. Mieszkanie dość ciemne.

Dobra lokalizacja, cena przystępna ale i tak za wysoka ze względu na czystość.

Sprzęt kuchenny wymaga wymiany. Patelnie stare, poprzypalane, część sprzętu widać że nie była używana i myta przez kilka miesięcy. Połowa kuchenki nie działa. Szafki bardzo stare, średnio czyste. W wannie wszystko zakamienione. Ciężko się korzysta. Kanapa też raczej już dawno nie była prana. Zimno. Klamka od drzwi odpada.
