Ambassador City Centre Hotel

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Also the location in the middle of town was good.

The room was very basic with no decoration at all. Felt very sterile and plain. Also the bathroom was badly designed, the shower angle sprayed water onto the floor, resulting in wet feet every time you tried to use the bathroom.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made for a pleasant experience overall. Everyone we interacted with was professional and genuinely kind, which made us feel very welcome.

The only small downside was that the room was quite warm, especially during the night. Apart from that, everything was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

De locatie was perfect, midden in het centrum. Ook het ontbijt en een drankje aan de bar waren erg fijn. We konden onze koffers achterlaten, ook erg prettig.

De kamers was eenvoudig, het was er warm. Er was geen airco, er stond wel een verntilator. Het licht in de badkamer bij de was bad was slecht en de spiegel hing veel te hoog.

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. The decor throughout is very tasteful. The comfort rooms our family booked were of good quality. Comfortable beds. It’s right in the heart of Haarlem.

My only criticism is the ‘red wine’ stains on the bedroom carpet, they were significant in size. I’m sure they could have been removed??

Rooms clean and comfortable. Good location.

No air conditioning- fan worked of but didn't stay upright. Church view faces the street- hence a lot of street noise into early hours as it was very hot and windows needed to be be open.

Locatie is perfect

Hotelkamer is wel wat gedateerd. Zou best eens wat onderhoud kunnen gebruiken.
