Posizione molto bella immersa nel verde e non lontana dal centro. Bella struttura tenuta molto bene. I bagni moderni ma realizzati con accorgimenti progettuali che li rendono un po’ scomodi.

"Wonderful hideaway manor on the edge of beautiful Ferrara"

Beautiful house in a natural setting. The suites and the reception areas are well designed with modern ideas blending in well with the traditional structure of the house. There are some wonderful modern art sculptures on display in the communal areas. Breakfast in the garden is exquisite. Excellent service provided by two Ukrainian receptionists.

Small things damaged perhaps by guests here and there in need of repair.

L’emplacement exceptionnel: le calme d’un parc dans la campagne à 10mn à pied du centre de Ferrare (et dans ses murs). L’atmosphère délicieuse d’une belle maison où on est très bien accueilli, avec simplicité. A recommander absolument

"Très déçu, séjour écourté après 1 nuit"

Belle bâtisse.

Chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec une atmosphère humide. Difficile d’ouvrir compte tenu des moustiques en nombre dans le parc. La salle de bain est vitrée en grande partie sur la chambre avec vue sur les toilettes, merci pour l’intimité (!) c’est vraiment pitoyable et ça n’apparaît pas sur les photos. Le frigo est bruyant et la clim vieillotte mérite une explication pour la faire fonctionner. Côté propreté, c’est assez moyen : les poutres sont pleines de poussière. Au niveau de la literie, il y a un drap simple + 1 couette + 1 couvre lit. La couette n’a pas de housse et n’est forcément pas lavée après chaque client, c’est inacceptable ! Le petit déjeuner est vraiment moyen, des produits industriels sans intérêt à part les fruits.

La bâtisse est magnifique dans un joli jardin au calme Centre historique facilement accessible à pied La personne présente au petit déjeuner très serviable

Des équipements qui mériteraient d'être remplacés (cuvette WC cassée)
